Who is the ASAP?

ASAP – The Association of Serviced Apartment Providers is the not-for-profit trade body for the global serviced accommodation sector.The Association represents a sector in pursuit of excellence in serviced accommodation, so travellers know they can stay with confidence.

The unregulated Serviced Accommodation industry presents the customer with many unknowns and risks.

ASAP aims to minimise those risks for our Members’ clients by driving the sector towards being a safer industry that delivers its customer service and quality promises. As part of this, we have recognised there are three pillars we can promote and live by, complementing the business traveller’s aspirations to travel safely again. These are People, Planet and Principles.

‘People’ might represent hospitality guests and ASAP Members, appointments, developments in HR and training, partnerships with other associations, charitable efforts, celebrating colleagues, introducing the best suppliers, and much more. Hospitality is, after all, about a guest’s head on a pillow at the end of a day.

‘Planet’ – surely at the forefront of everyone’s minds – includes sustainability in all forms, but especially in travel management and hospitality, and the industry’s efforts to lead the green travel movement.

And ‘Principles’. As a trade body that established the first accreditation programme for the serviced accommodation sector, we have established ourselves as determined to lead good practice. The quality of the fittings and fixtures were were second to none as was the quality of the bedding and levels of cleanliness in general. Great location from where you can walk to the numerous restaurants and bars would highly recommend and will be staying again for sure!!

We had a great stay at Oliver's place. The apartment is newly renovated, very modern, well-equipped, sparkling clean and had more than enough space for our family of 3. We loved that it had two floors. The beds were comfy, towels fluffy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We also loved the location, which is in the center of downtown Dunstable and literally steps away from restaurants, pubs and a grocery. Oliver is a fantastic host. He responded to questions immediately and had great tips for transportation and other services. We will definitely stay again when we're in the area.

Oliver is one of the best hosts I've ever had. I was the first tenant so there were a few issues that needed to be sorted. While it was unfortunate to have to experience these issues, it shouldn't present a problem to future guests.

As far as the unit is concerned, it has everything you need to feel at home. It's within walking distance to five supermarkets, fast food restaurants and a bus station.

I recommend staying here and minus the issues that have been resolved, I would have given my stay a perfect score.

A special thanks to the team at Your Move for their help as well. Super nice people that made me feel welcome from day one.

Oliver, the host, is pure class when it comes to making your stay the best it can be. The communication with Oliver was also top drawer and he responds to anything you might need in very quick time.

The apartment itself is brand new in decoration, fixtures and fittings and it feels so high end. Each and every room is well laid with all the amenities you could want and with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, privacy is always assured.

The location is in the heart of Dunstable which has just undergone an extensive redevelopment and is a great starting point in exploring the local area. You will not be disappointed if you choose stay here in Oliver's wonderful apartment.
